Traditional Homes

Traditional Homes are never-before-seen, fully decorated and landscaped homes. They reflect the craftsmanship, design, and originality of the individual builders. Traditional Homes will be judged by industry professionals. (Some homes may be pre-sold)

Builder Models are representative of other available homes in the subdivision, condominium or planned unit development (P.U.D).

The Salt Lake Home Builders Association is hosting the 65th Annual Salt Lake Parade of Homes™; the longest consecutive running Parade of Homes in the United States.

The Parade will run from July 29 – August 14, including Sundays and will feature two different home categories.

Also, once you have visited the Parade, take part of the 2011 People’s Choice Awards which honors the builders and subcontractors for each Traditional Category Home.
