  • Who We Are

The Salt Lake Home Builders Association PAC (SLHBA PAC) is a nonpartisan political action committee dedicated to advocating for policies that promote homebuilding, reduce regulatory burdens, and improve housing affordability throughout Salt Lake and Tooele counties. As the political arm of the SLHBA, we work to influence local and county legislation, support pro-housing candidates, and ensure a favorable business climate for builders.

  • Why SLHBA PAC Matters

Housing affordability and availability are at risk due to excessive regulations, high-impact fees, and zoning restrictions. The SLHBA PAC is here to fight for:

►Every dollar helps fight regulatory burdens.
►Your voice matters in shaping housing affordability.
         ►Together, we create a pro-housing business climate.

By uniting as an industry, we can influence policy decisions that shape the future of housing in Utah.

  • How We Make an Impact

    Advocacy Efforts

►Zoning & Land Use Reform: Advocating allowances and lower impact fees.
